Pathaan is an action thriller film starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. It is directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Yash Raj Films. The film released on January 25, 2023.

  • Pathaan had a huge opening day collection of ₹55 crores nett in India. This is the highest ever opening day collection for a Hindi film, surpassing the previous record of ₹53 crores held by War.
  • The film collected ₹68 crores nett on its second day. The total two-day collection stood at ₹123 crores nett.
  • On its third day (Sunday), Pathaan grossed ₹60 crores nett, taking its opening weekend collection to ₹183 crores nett in India.
  • The first weekend collection of Pathaan is not only the highest for a Bollywood film, but also the highest ever for any film in India.
  • Pathaan continued its victorious run on weekdays with collections of ₹53 crores nett on Monday and ₹51 crores nett on Tuesday.
  • In just 5 days, the total domestic collection of Pathaan was ₹287 crores nett.
  • The film was also performing very well overseas. The international collection of Pathaan in its first 5 days was about ₹200 crores gross.
